Exchanges and returns
As dictated by the rules of the CDC (Consumer Defense Code), the customer who makes purchases through virtual stores, enjoy up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register the total withdrawal of the purchase.
- Exchange by choice or regret
It can be done as long as it occurs within 7 days after delivery of the product.
For repentance, only complete orders will be accepted, and a partial return of an order for regret is not possible. A Be Flow does not bear the postage costs for this type of exchange.
In case of exchange by option, it is necessary to contact the store through the ours Contact Channels - mentioned above - informing the order number and the item that will be exchanged to check stock availability.
*Products on sale or sale will only be exchanged for products in the same category, and it is not possible to exchange for items outside the promotion. If you have any questions about size or other information about the part intended in the purchase, contact us through the means of service, because if you do not have any other products on sale in the value or number you want to exchange, we have no way of doing it and unfortunately you will keep the product.
- Exchange of defective product
If any product arrives defective, the customer must request an exchange within 5 days after delivery.
It is necessary to contact the store through the Channels of Service informing the order number, the item that is defective, what the defect and also send some photos of the defect. After analyzing the images, Be Flow bears the costs of postage of the product and, as soon as it receives the defective product, sends a new part in perfect condition to the customer. If the purchased part is no longer available in stock, the customer can choose another model of similar value or refund the value.
- Heads up
In both cases above, the customer will receive the answer with all instructions for making the exchange or return. The product cannot show any signs of use. All original packaging must be returned with the product at the time of exchange, undamaged. Do not return the product without first communicating us by email and receiving our confirmation and instructions. If so, the exchange will not be accepted.
- Return of Values
Possible refunds made by Be Flow will be made through the same payment system used at the time of purchase.
In either case, the shipping cost for shipping to the store is always at the customer's expense.
